2. Personal Data We Process
- Identity and contact details: first name, last name and e-mail address you submit through the contact form.
- Request content: the information you enter in the subject and message fields.
- Security data: technical records such as IP address, browser information, and date and time of visit.
- Usage data (only with your cookie consent): pages viewed, visit duration, approximate location (country/city), device and browser type.

4. Collection Method and Legal Basis
Your personal data is collected electronically through the contact form and cookies on our website. It is processed on the following legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK:
- processing is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract,
- processing is necessary for the data controller to comply with a legal obligation,
- processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.

5. Transfer of Personal Data
Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be shared with legally authorised public institutions and with the suppliers from whom we receive website hosting and e-mail services.
Google reCAPTCHA is used on the contact form to prevent abuse. Within this service, technical data (IP address, browser information) may be transferred to servers of Google LLC located abroad. This transfer is carried out in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK.
If you give cookie consent, website usage statistics are transferred to servers of Google LLC located abroad through the Google Analytics service. This transfer is based on your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time by deleting the cookies in your browser.
6. Retention Period
Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the purpose of processing and the limitation periods set out in the applicable legislation; at the end of this period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Your Rights under Article 11 of the KVKK
By applying to Çelikiş, you have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed,
- request information if it has been processed,
- learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose,
- know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred,
- request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
- request its deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK,
- request that the third parties to whom it was transferred be notified of such correction, deletion or destruction,
- object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems,
- claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
8. How to Apply
You may send your requests regarding your rights in writing, together with documents proving your identity, to AOSB 10032 Sk. No: 14 Çiğli / İzmir, Türkiye, or by e-mail to [email protected]. Your request will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest, depending on its nature.
